What does the $100 registration fee get me?

• Shuttle from your car parked at Independence First to Yellow Wood Gear

• Kayak Rental from Milwaukee Kayak

• Finisher Prize, 1 Free Beer and Buffet Dinner (provided by Sendiks) at Broken Bat Brewery

• Feel good vibes from helping support the https://mkeparksfoundation.org/Milwaukee Parks Foundation

What’s Not Included?

• Bike- you will need your own. Most every bike should work for this event. The majority of the ride is on a bike path, and it’s mostly downhill baby! Bring your Bike Lock for the after party!

• Bike transport- you will need to get your bike to Wheel & Sprocket Fox Point on TBD DATE/TIME, or the morning of the event TBD TIME.

• Snacks- please bring some snacks if needed in the transitions- based on feedback from last year, we will NOT be providing lunch.

Do I need my own Kayak?

• Nope! Milwaukee Kayak Company’s got your back.

• Please do NOT bring your own kayak. We only have room for so many!

How do I get from my car to the start?

• There’s a shuttle! We’ll take you from your parked car at Independence First up to Yellow Wood Gear.

When do I need to drop off my bike? TBD

• Saturday, September 7th (12:00p-4:00pm) - Wheel & Sprocket, FOX POINT

• Sunday, September 8th (7:30am-8:30am) - Wheel & Sprocket, FOX POINT

Can I start whenever I want?

• We will head out as a group at 10am.

If there is bad weather, is my registration refundable?

• Short answer: no. There’s no bad weather… only bad gear!

• All proceeds from this event benefit the Milwaukee County Parks Foundation.
